What is included in the estimated fare?
The estimated fare includes the vehicle rental, the distance cost based on the standard rate/Km, and the driver's daily beta (allowance). Toll fees, state border permit taxes (for interstate trips), and parking charges are excluded and must be paid by the customer directly.
Is there a minimum running limit for outstation bookings?
Yes, for outstation round trips, a minimum running distance of 250 Kilometers per calendar day is calculated. If the actual running distance is less than 250 Km/day, the bill will still be generated for 250 Km multiplied by the number of days.
How do I verify driver and vehicle details?
Once your booking is confirmed via WhatsApp or email, we will assign the driver and vehicle 12 hours before your scheduled departure time. The driver's name, license detail, contact number, and the vehicle registration plate will be shared with you via SMS/WhatsApp.
Are there any night charges for the driver?
Standard driver beta covers day driving. If the journey extends beyond 10:00 PM or starts before 6:00 AM, a special night driver allowance (beta) of ₹300 per night is applicable.
